Google+ is deleting personal accounts on April 2nd 2019.

If you use Google+ for comments on your site or other sites, this feature will be removed from Blogger by February 4, and from other sites by March 7th. From April 2, 2019, Google will begin to delete all Google+ comments on all sites. 

As of 4 February, you will no longer be able to create new Google+ profiles, pages, communities, or events. 

If you use G Suite, Google+ for your G Suite account remains active.
